Within grade and/or age specific classes as well as a KIDS church worship time, every child receives special attention by properly screened adults dedicated to caring and sharing the good news of God's love.

KIDS Church
KIDS Church is a high energy, dynamic, modern way of worship for kids 1st through 6th grade, which starts at 11:00 in the mini gym. Kids will learn to encounter God in a real and powerful way. Each thought provoking lesson will teach kids how to apply God's Word in their own lives, both at church and at home. Bus Ministry
Each Sunday morning our fleet of fifteen buses give rides to children and adults by picking them up from their homes and bringing them to our church services. Kids are involved in a high energy dynamic modern way of worship and then break out into smaller groups of more one-on-one Bible centered teaching time.

Nursery and Temple Tots
Nursery
ABT provides nursery service during all regular church services. The nursery is divided into:
Infants (6 weeks – 9 months)
Middlers (9 – 18 months)
Toddler 1 (18 – 24 months)
Toddler 2 (24 – 36 months)
Toddler 3 (Age 3 yrs)
Temple Tots
The Temple Tots programs are for children 3 to 5 years of age. It meets on Sunday evenings during the 6 p.m. service. Our summer Temple Tots program meets on Wednesday evenings at 7:30 p.m. The children enjoy Bible stories, crafts, and activity time.

Our children's Sunday School Ministry provides a fun, caring, and loving atmosphere for children from nursery through sixth grade. |

Carnival
Each year all the children of the Anchorage Baptist Temple participate in a day of fun with 6
inflatable's, cotton candy, corn-dogs, face painting, and 20 different carnival games. |

AWANA
AWANA Clubs meet on Wednesday nights at the Anchorage Baptist Temple from 7:00 – 8:30 pm. |

KIDS Choir
The children of Anchorage Baptist Temple are taught music and worship skills beginning at kindergarten through the sixth grade. Practices are during the school year at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday's in the Youth Chapel with check-in starting at 5:30 p.m.

Vacation Bible School
Thank you to all who helped to make our Vacation Bible School a tremendous success this year.
We had over 200 boys and girls get saved and had over 2,100 in attendance. Be sure to mark on your calendar June 15-18, 2011 for VBS next year. You won’t want to miss the excitement and the joy in working with these young boys and girls.

KIDS camp
Aug 2 - Aug 6 2010 Little Beaver Camp
Kids camp
will be the biggest adventure of the Summer as we pack out buses and head to camp for a week of exciting activities including games, swimming, canoeing, the BLOB, and a Camp Fire! Two Chapel times each day will be packed with Praise, Worship, and great Bible lessons!

KIDS Winter Camp
January 22 - 23, 2010. ABT hosted first ever grades 3 - 6 winter camp. This was so successful that yes we will do it again next year!

KIDS Movie Nignt
Each year we try to do 2 to 3 kid movie nights at no cost to the families. Friday night April 16 we showed the new Veggie Tales move Pistachio witch over 400 attending! We handed out corn dogs along with popcorn and juice witch made it a fantastic night. Stay tuned for our next Movie Night in the Fall.
